By accessing or using the SWAPPY mobile application ("SWAPPY" or "App"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all related policies.
SWAPPY is developed and operated by Nextec Innovations Corporation ("NEXTEC"), a corporation registered under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal address at 260 P. Tuazon Boulevard, San Roque, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.

SWAPPY is a technology platform that enables users to connect for swapping, buying, and selling items. NEXTEC is not a party to any transaction and does not act as broker, agent, or representative.
Users expressly agree that SWAPPY and NEXTEC shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, injuries, fraud, or claims arising from user interactions or transactions. Users waive any right to hold SWAPPY or NEXTEC liable or to include them in any legal action.
Users are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, accuracy of listings, payments, delivery, and dispute resolution.
Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited activities are strictly forbidden. Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration under Philippine law. Users waive the right to participate in class or representative actions.
Use of SWAPPY is subject to the Privacy Policy, compliant with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Electronic acceptances and digital agreements are legally binding under the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (RA 8792).
Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old or of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
SWAPPY is operated from the Philippines. Users accessing the App from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. NEXTEC makes no representation that SWAPPY is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.
NEXTEC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, system failures, cyberattacks, internet disruptions, government actions, or maintenance-related downtime.
All intellectual property rights related to SWAPPY belong exclusively to NEXTEC.
NEXTEC may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion without liability.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Venue shall be exclusively in the courts of Quezon City.
