SWAPPY – Terms Update Policy

This Terms Update Policy explains how Nextec Innovations Corporation ("NEXTEC") may modify, update, or revise the SWAPPY Terms and Conditions.

1. Right to Update Terms

NEXTEC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update the SWAPPY Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and related legal documents at any time to:

Reflect changes in law or regulations
Improve platform functionality or security
Address operational, legal, or business requirements
Respond to user feedback or risk considerations

2. Notification of Updates

When material changes are made, users will be notified through one or more of the following methods:

In-app notification
App update notice
Posting the revised Terms within the app or on the official website

Non-material changes may be made without prior notice.

3. Effective Date

Updated Terms shall become effective on the date indicated as the "Last Updated" date, unless otherwise stated.

4. User Acceptance

Continued access to or use of SWAPPY after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users who do not agree with the updated Terms must discontinue use of the App.

5. Record of Acceptance

NEXTEC may record the date, time, and version of Terms accepted by users for legal and compliance purposes.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
